Aufgaben
Mission:
In your role as Site Controlling Manager (m/f/d) you have a good understanding of the processes on site which help you to act as Business Partner for the Site Management. You act as effective supporter for the Site Director in manage the business with all necessary data.
Main tasks:

Supporting the Site Director in his area of responsibility

Managing the strategy and budget with all departments of the site in coordination with the Site Director

Tracking and analyzing the budget and managing the related action plans
-
Ensuring reporting to the Business Unit: monthly financial statements, rolling forecast, risks and opportunities, results update, investment

Analyzing the causes of non-compliance with operation results in addition to budget results
-
Active work on productivity action plans, improvements and tracking of measures
-
Overseeing the operation and optimization of the site's information system

Manage the finance and IT department and support the team
Profil
- Completed Master's degree with a specialization in finance or comparable
-
Professional experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling, knowledge of accouting

Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills

Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
