Aufgaben
  • Increase Sales and manage Profitability of Key accounts like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi and respective suppliers (value chain perspective)
  • In coordination with the GKAM and\or the Market Segment Manager, develop a Regional strategic account plan based on SOP management and lead the implementation
  • Together with the Regional BU head, build & lead the organization and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the RKA plan
  • Identify new opportunities, manage global projects and sales pipeline within GKA
  • Search and track the RKA projects (SOP, new models, investments, process\quality improvement...) - identify the decision process and the key decision makers
  • Manage projects across all tesa functions – e.g. R&D, Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Marketing, Sales
  • Prepare and execute price negotiation and make sure negotiated conditions are applied
  • Create and maintain a RKA databank with strategic information (price – specification – success stories...)
  • Analyze Key account development & evaluate profitability and drive the necessary measures

Profil
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economical engineering or other related technical studies
  • 5+ years of relevant Sales experience in the automotive Industry with a regional scope
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Advanced presentation and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong focus on customers and result orientation
  • Ability to lead a virtual team without authority
  • Contract Management skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German (Level B2 or higher)
  • Fluent in written and spoken Englisch (Level B2 or higher)
  • located in Southern Germany and willingness to travel
